Tim was born May 19, 1956, in the small town of Rohrerstown, Lancaster County and still resides there today. He graduated from Hempfield High School in 1974 and immediately learned the masonry trade serving as a mason tender before learning the skills of brick and block laying. Tim worked as a tradesman for 45 years before retiring.

Growing up he enjoyed playing baseball and bowling. He was married in 1977 to his wife Beth and have one daughter, two sons and three grandchildren.

He is an avid Philadelphia Flyers and Phillies Fan. When he is not working for DeBord Snyder Funeral Home & Crematory, he loves spending time outdoors, enjoys playing miniature golf, fishing and hunting whitetail deer.
