I just learned Bill passed away in July. I was one of his fraternity brothers while at Gettysburg and I have fond memories of our time together. We called him “Cha.” We we’re friends and I am saddened at learning of his passing. He had a kind and generous spirit.

I am very, very sorry for your lose.

I was very sad to learn of my dear sweet intelligent friend Bill’s passing. I’m so very sorry for your great loss. We had been back in contact the last few years via Facebook. We had even met for lunch for his birthday a few years ago. He was very special to me. My heart is broken. I had good memories of our friendship in high school and thereafter. I was so sad that I hadn’t known of his illness even though we had been in regular contact. I’ve been continually praying for your family. God bless you. Denah Spahr
