Jim and I were so very sorry to learn of your loss. We just want you to know that the 5 years we lived across the street from you were some of the happiest days of our lives. We always knew we could count on Peg and Bob for anything. They were wonderful caring neighbors and friends. That also includes Patty and Bobby (Great babysitters.) Bob was a wonderful caring guy and I know a lot of folks including Jim and I have wonderful memories of him. I hope those memories will help to sustain you over the days and months ahead. Blessing and love to all.

I would like to extend my sympathy to the McGaw family. I worked in the office at Intell Printing in the 70’s and whenever I came in contact with Barney, he was always so pleasant. A very nice man! So sorry for your loss.

Thinking of you from Kenya. I have happy memories of ‘Uncle Barney’. Lois Anne and I rode our bikes to your home once–from Marticville–and spent the day there. We were living in Conestoga on a visit from Kenya, came to some ‘do’ at Safe Harbor Park and Uncle Barney treated us to funnel cakes. Love to you all, Mary Ellen & Art

I’m sorry to hear about Barney. I met Barney at Oak Leaf Manor when I would go to visit my mother. He would always give me a hearty “Good Morning” when I saw him. I enjoyed listening to his stories about Marticville. I came to consider him a very nice fellow. God bless you Barney. The world could use more people like you in it.

I enjoyed seeing Barney at Oak Leaf Manor, Millersville when visiting my mother and my aunt. He enjoyed sitting in the dining room and drinking coffee even after others left. My mother Wilma, my sisters, and I will miss him. May God comfort his family and friends.
