
Rev. Jonathan Currier, 57, of Lancaster, PA passed away Wednesday December 10th 2014 He was the Rector of St. Thomas Episcopal Church in Manheim Township for the past five years. Prior to that he was the Rector of St. Christopher’s Episcopal Church in New Carrollton, MD for seventeen years. He graduated from Harvard University in 1979 with a BA in Near Eastern Languages and graduated from Union Theological Seminary with a M. Div. in 1984. Rev. Currier was a devoted husband and father. He married Ann Wheaton in 1982 and together they raised two sons, Alexander, 27, and Michael, 23. His desire to bring greater joy and love to everyone he met enriched many lives and remains a living testament to friends and family alike. A public viewing will be held for Rev. Jonathan Currier on Friday December 19th, 2014from 4-6 PM at St Thomas Episcopal Church, 301 St Thomas Rd, Lancaster, PA 17601, with a funeral service to be held the following day Saturday December 20th 2014 at 11:00 AM also at the church.
