Dear Leona, Cindy, Mark & Rob and spouses,
It is with great sorrow that we learned of the passing of Rev. Bill. He was a very special person in our lives having married us and baptized both our children. Mt. Zion grew mightily during his pastorate with us. I’ve missed him the last few years at the retired clergy banquet. Our sympathy to each of you but know he is in a better place . ” Well done good and faithful servant”. Love, Jeff & Nancy Sleeger

It is with great sadness that we will not be able to attend Rev, Anderson’s memorial service. We have a funeral to attend in York for life long friend, John Rebert’s wife Carole, who’s service is at the same time. Peace be with you, Jeff & Nancy Sleeger

Condolence from Pamela Rutledge on April 15th, 2016 2:32 pm

I read of Rev. Anderson’s passing with great sadness. Rev. Anderson pastored at Mt. Zion UCC throughout my childhood and young adult years. I will always remember him fondly. He was a kind and gentle man, who was a significant and influential person in my life. Due to a prior commitment, I regret that I will be unable to attend his memorial service. My deepest sympathy to Leona, Mark, Cindy, Rob and family.

Sincerely,
Pamela Rutledge

Dear Leona and family. We love you both, and are always grateful that you were our neighbors and friends for so long. Always cheerful and positive, Bill was a joy to know. We are happy that he married us 21 years ago (can it be?). He always held you and cherished you in his heart and in his daily conversation. He made a difference. With our love and our thanks and our prayers.

Bill and Claire Giblin
