Phyllis Graceffa age 74 of Lancaster passed away December 4, 2019 at Hospice and Community Care in Mt. Joy.
Visitation will be Monday, December 9, 2019 from 6-8 pm at DeBord Snyder Funeral Home and Crematory 141 E. Orange St. Lancaster PA 17602,
Final viewing will be held Tuesday, December 10, 2019 from 9am until the mass time at 10 am at Historic St. Mary’s Catholic Church 119 S. Prince St. Lancaster PA 17603, Entombment service and final farewell will follow the mass at Conestoga Memorial Park 2nd Lock Rd Lancaster PA. Mass Cards or a Contribution to Historic St. Mary’s Catholic Church would be appreciated.
Phyllis enjoyed sewing, cooking, baking and most of all enjoyed being with her family.
She is survived by her husband Carlo, her four daughters Maria Graceffa, Joanne Blandino and her husband Anthony, Phyllis Caruso and her husband Marcello, and Elizabeth Graceffa. Her brother Frank Baio, her sisters Angie Cilluffo, Madeline Lamondola, & Rosalie Macaluso,
and 7 grandchildren. May she rest in eternal peace. She was also predeceased by her parents Giuseppe & Gina Russo Baio.
