Randy J. Walker
Randy J. Walker, 57, of Conestoga, died Tuesday, December 7, 2010 at Lancaster General Hospital. Born in Lancaster, he was the son of Esther P. Huber Walker of Lancaster, and the late Elwood J. Walker.
Randy was the owner of the former Randy Walker Sanitation Disposal Service. He had also been employed as a school bus driver for Shultz Transportation and had worked for Lancaster Newspapers.
He enjoyed spending time at the beach, music and was always known to have a joke for everyone.
Surviving besides his mother is a son, Randy J. Walker, Jr.; a daughter, Amanda Carrie Walker, both of New Providence; and three sisters, Cherie L. Clay of Conestoga, Kim wife of Peter Ondeck of Conestoga, and Tammy L. Walker of Lancaster. He was preceded in death by a son, Brandon L. Walker. Graveside services will be held on Sunday, December 12, at 3:00 P.M. at the Willow Street Mennonite Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, contributions to help with funeral costs may be sent to the Kearney A. Snyder Funeral Home, 141 E. Orange St., Lancaster, PA 17602.
