Nancy E. Bolack Learn, 85, a resident of Woodcrest Villa, died Sunday, May 29, 2011 at Lancaster General Hospital.

She was the wife of the late Wayne E. Learn who died in 2002. Her first husband, Andrew M. Bolack died in 1982. Born in Lancaster, she was the daughter of the late Wilmer M. and Adelene A. Lefever Eby.

Mrs. Learn retired from Suburban Cable where she had worked for 10 years. Prior to that she had been employed with the Gingrich Insurance Agency. She was a 1942 graduate of J. P. McCaskey High School.

Nancy was a member of the Church of the Apostles U.C.C., a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution and a member and past president of the American Business Women’s Association. She enjoyed playing bridge and pinochle.

Surviving is a son, Bruce Bolack of Lancaster; a daughter Betsy Bolack of Lancaster; two step-daughters, Lois wife of A.J. Newman and Carol Learn both of Tumming, GA; a granddaughter Laura wife of Brian Snider; a step-granddaughter Sharon McIntyre; and a great grandson Konnor Snider. She was preceded in death by a brother Richard Eby.

A funeral service will be held at the Richard A. Sheetz Funeral Home, 2024 Marietta Ave., Lancaster, PA on Thursday, June 2, at 7:00 P.M. with Chaplain Miriam Cruz officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday from 6:00 P.M. until the time of the service. Interment will be private and held at the convenience of the family in Conestoga Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory may be made to the American Heart Association, 610 Community Way, Lancaster, PA 17603
