MaryBelle M Pellegrene

Marybelle M Pellegrene, age 99, of Lancaster, PA passed away on Thursday, September 17, 2026. Born in Reading, PA, she was the daughter of the late Elmer R and Mabel (Deeds) McGowan.

She graduated from Indiana University in PA with a degree in education. Mrs. Pellegrene was a business education teacher in Leesport, PA and Newark, DE; and later assisted her husband in his insurance office.

She had been a member of United Methodist Church in Newark, DE and Lancaster, PA.

She is survived by a grandson, James T Pellegrene and her Godchild, Erica Dye, and a niece, Elaine Shunk, and their families. She was predeceased by her husband, Thomas J., Sr in 2009, her son, Thomas J. Jr. in 2024, and her brother Robert H McGowan.

A graveside service has been scheduled for Sunday, October 25, 2026, at the Mohnsville Cemetery, 45 E Madison Street, Mohnton PA 19540.
