Mark S. Hershey, 84, of Lititz, PA passed away peacefully on May 20, 2025. He was the beloved son of the late D. Paul and Sue Hershey, and the loving and devoted husband of Martha Hershey for 62 years.

A lifelong resident of Lititz, Mark was born and raised on the Hershey Farm and graduated from Warwick High School in 1958. After high school, he completed two years of voluntary service in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Mark spent 25 years with the F.R. Schreiber Company, where he worked as a salesperson. After retiring, he started his own courier business, delivering a wide range of products across multiple states. This allowed him the opportunity to spend time driving across the country and enjoy his passion of meeting new people.

He was a devoted member of Lititz Church of the Brethren for 60 years, where he served faithfully as an usher and deacon and was actively involved in the Cornerstone Sunday School class.

Mark had a deep passion for high school and college sports. He enjoyed snowmobiling, and watching basketball, football, and car racing. He was an enthusiastic collector of model trucks and was deeply loyal to both the Warwick Warriors and Penn State. Above all, Mark cherished his family and loved sharing in their daily lives.

He is survived by his two children, a son, Marlin Hershey and his wife, Wendy, along with their children, Sean, Luke, Jackson, and Addison; daughter, Melanie Rockefeller and her daughters, Emelia and Talia. Mark is also survived by his sisters, Ann Landis and Mildred Weaver. He was preceded in death by siblings, Richad Hershey, Lois Noll, and Jane Landis.

Mark will be lovingly remembered by his grandchildren, extended family and many friends. He generously gave his time and talents to the community, serving for many years on the board of Lititz Springs Park and as a proud member of the Young Men’s Business League.

A celebration of Life service will be held on Saturday, May 31, 2025, at 10:30 a.m. at Lititz Church of the Brethren, 300 W Orange St, Lititz, PA 17543.
