Lillian M. Nissley, 97, currently of Camp Hill, PA, passed away peacefully, to meet her lord, with her family by her side on Tuesday, December 23, 2014 at Manor Care Health Services in Camp Hill, PA. She was the loving wife of the late Wayne C. Nissley, Sr.

Born in Lancaster, PA, she was the daughter of the late Albertus and Lizzie (Rhoads) Bookman.

She spent much of her professional career as a laborer working for Lancaster Hosiery Mill.

Lillian was a member of Fiddlers Green Camping Club and the Auxiliary of the Neffsville Fire Company.

She is survived by her daughter, Beverly Kreman (wife of Howard) of Camp Hill, PA; and a son, Wayne C. Nissley, Jr. (husband of Debra) of Silver Spring, PA.  Also surviving are 4 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.  In addition to her husband and parents she was predeceased by a sister Beatrice Simmons (wife of Charles) of Lancaster, PA.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend a Funeral Service at St. Peters Lutheran Church, 10 Delp Road, Lancaster, PA on Friday, January 2, 2015 at 11:00 AM.  A viewing will be held Friday at the church from 10:00 AM until the time of service. Interment will be in Neffsville Lutheran Cemetery following the service.  In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in her memory to the Memorial Fund of St. Peter’s Lutheran Church, PO Box 5162, Lancaster, PA 17601 or to Heartland Hospice, 1200 Walnut Bottom Rd., Carlisle, PA 17015.
