Kenny R. Watson
Kenny Russell Watson, 72, of Mountville, died Sunday, May 15th at home. Born in Mt. Airy, North Carolina, he was the son of the late J. Earl and Dorothy Jones Watson. He is survived by his wife, Susan A. Watson.
Kenny graduated from Guilford College, NC and then served on the USS Piedmont AD-17 during his years in the U.S. Navy. He remained a member of Renfro Lodge #691 AF & AM, Mount Airy, NC.
He retired from Stan Barr Realty, was a member of First Presbyterian Church, Lancaster and was a supporter of musical arts activities in the community.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Mickey Dean Watson.
A memorial service will be held at First Presbyterian Church, 140 E. Orange St., Lancaster, PA on Wednesday, May 18, 2011 at 2:00 P.M. The family will greet friends at the church from 1:00 P.M. until the time of service.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions to the Memorial Fund of First Presbyterian Church at the address above.
