Jose Ramon Rodriguez-Rodriguez, 45, passed away on November 15, 2023. He was the loving husband of Rebecca (Hernandez) Rodriguez.
Born in Guayama, Puerto Rico, he was the son of Domingo and Rosa (Rodriguez) Rodriguez.
Prior to becoming disabled which unfortunately left him unable to work, Jose spent much of his professional career as a Medical Device Inspector. In his spare time, Jose enjoyed playing the drums and spending time with his adoring family. He had a true passion for preaching, reading the Bible, and rescuing souls for the Lord.
In addition to his wife, Rebecca, he is survived by children, Angelique N. Rodriguez, Gabriel J. Rodriguez, Eric A. Rodriguez, Julian N. Rodriguez, Jeremiah D. Rodriguez and Adrian J. Rodriguez. Also surviving are siblings, Ada Ortiz of Lancaster, Carlos Rodriguez or Lancaster, Lady Rodriguez of Lancaster, Rafael Rodríguez of Lancaster, Elíseo Rodríguez of Lancaster, José Luis Rodríguez of Lancaster, Evelyn Melendez of Ephrata
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a funeral service at Rohrerstown Mennonite Church, 601 Rohrerstown Rd, Lancaster, PA 17603 on Wednesday, November 22, 2203 at 11:00 AM. A viewing will be held at the church the evening prior, on Tuesday, November 21, 2023 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and again on Wednesday from 10:00 AM until the time of the service. Interment will immediately follow the funeral in the adjoining church cemetery.

I have know Jose and his family since they moved from PR to the USA. I had the privilege of being his youth counselor at the church we both assisted. Jose was an amazing God fearing young man , he had a passion for God work. Jose had an amazing heart and loved his family dearly. I offer my condolences to his beautiful wife in which I also had the privilege to be her youth counselor and the family. You will be miss dearly Jose here on earth but I know you will enjoy Gods Glory more. Sleep in peace my dear friend.
