John H. Crowe, Jr., 91, of Lancaster, passed away on September 24, 2025 at Neffsville Nursing and Rehabilitation. He was the loving husband of Marsha (Miller) Crowe to whom he was married to for 67 years.
After graduating from Rochester Regional High School, he proudly served in the US Army.
After receiving his associates degree from the Industrial Technical School in Boston, MA, he began his career as an engineer for RCA as a marketing manager in its laser division helping to develop the supermarket scanner.
A true “Mr. Fix-it,” John enjoyed wood working, furniture making and projects around the home.
In addition to his wife, Marsha, he is survived by children, Mark Crowe (husband of Lisa) of Lititz, PA, David Crowe (husband of Donna) of Reading, PA and Patricia Horst of Millersville, PA. Also surviving are grandchildren, Brittany Franck (wife of Jason), Lindsay Smith (wife of Jason), Matthew Crowe, Ashley Horst and Dylan Horst; and 5 great-grandsons.
