Jean L. Kessler, 77, of Lancaster, died at her home on Monday, January 4, 2010.
She was married 39 years to David C. Kessler. Born in Dayton, OH, she was the daughter of the late Richard and Hazel Pauly Fram.
Mrs. Kessler had been employed as a bookkeeper for The Manor Group for 23 years. She was a member of St. John Neumann Catholic Church and had been a former member of the choir. She enjoyed dancing, singing and boating.
Surviving besides her husband is a daughter, Deborah wife of Edward Escalet of Port Matilda; and two half-sisters, Joanne Fram of Norristown and Janice Fonte of Collegeville.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, January 8, 2010 at 11:00 A.M. at the Kearney A. Snyder Funeral Home, 141 E. Orange St., Lancaster, PA with the Rev. Linford D. King officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home on Friday from 10:30 A.M. until the time of the service. In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory may be made to the American Heart Association, 610 Community Way, Lancaster, PA 17603 or to the Alzheimer’s Disease Association, 3544 N. Progress Ave., Suite 205, Harrisburg, PA 17110.
