Georgina Montañez Vega Santana, 80, of Lancaster, passed away on 15, November, 2022 at Lancaster General Hospital. She was born April 28, 1942 in Yabucoa, Puerto Rico to Irene Montañez Sr. and Andrea Vega.
She attended the Escuela Superior de Santurce, Puerto Rico and was a member of Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses.
Georgina is survived by her children: Gilbert Norat, Aida Nuñez, Angel Santana-Montañez Jr., and Nathaniel Santana, siblings: Iris Acosta, Irene Montañez Jr., and Luz Rodriguez, grandchildren: Tyquan Wright, Angel Santana III, Shevelle McFadden, Jessemine Norat, Jasmine Zamora-Santana, Nathaniel Santana Jr., Adelina Zamora-Santana, Cristian Santana, Saevon Santana, Esai Santana, Tiajah Yeaglin, Nakaiah Yeaglin, Christian Jordan, and Chace Jordan, great-grandchildren: Ahmari Santana, Ahmire Rosario, Aliyah Rosario, Christopher Bair Jr., Zhané Bair, Donovan Rodriguez, Ayden Guzman, and Cole Guzman.
Services are private at the convenience of the family.
Contributions may be made in her memory to the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 850 Hershey Ave., Lancaster, PA 17603.
