George F. Steffe Jr., age 89 passed away June 17, 2026, at Lancaster Nursing & Rehab Center. He was born in Lancaster son of the late George F. Sr. and Elizabeth (Irvin) Steffe. George was a retired seafood sales representative and was a corporal in the Marine Corp.
George was predeceased by his wife Joyce E. (Fortney) Steffe in 2006 and his son Kevin L. Steffe in 2023. He is also predeceased by his sister Mary Dickey, and his brother Harry Steffe.
He is survived by his sister Pamela Wolf (Frank), granddaughter Wendy Bouder, niece Shelby Cochran, nephews Harry “Chip,” Kenneth and Andrew Steffe, Thomas, and Travis Wolf. 5 great nieces and nephews, and his sister-in-law Karen Steffe.
Friends and relatives are invited to a Graveside Service on Friday, July 10, 2026, at 10 am at Memory Gardens 319 Wabash Ave. Ephrata PA 17522.
