I always enjoyed talking to Frank and when we built a new house 27 years ago, I got him to stain new cabinets in a toolroom. I hope I paid him. I was terrified of him though, because I remember asking him once how he kept his yard so healthy looking, and his response was that he would have to kill me if he told me. I was always careful around him after that. It was fun watching him restore an old Ford convertible years ago and seeing him at a few car cruises. He was talented for sure.

I always felt that Frank was like a father figure to me. He was certainly a good man and will be missed by many. I really enjoyed working with him , he was one of the hardest working guys I have ever known.
