Deborah J. Saxton, 72, of Lancaster, passed away on March 19, 2024 at her home. She was the loving wife of Edward R. Saxton with whom she celebrated her 42nd wedding anniversary on October 23, 2023.
Born in Lancaster, PA she was the daughter of the late Harold E. and Sarah A. (Campbell) Barley.
After graduating from Penn Manor High School, Deb spent much of her career as a customer service representative for Bell Telephone/Verizon through retirement.
In her spare time, Deb enjoyed camping, traveling especially to their winter home in Florida, spending time with her dalmatians and being surrounded by her adoring children and grandchildren.
In addition to her husband, Ed, she is survived by two children, Nicole Moyer (wife of David) and Nathan Saxton (husband of Casie). Also surviving are five grandchildren and a sister, Cheryl L (Barley) Pentz.
Per Deb’s wishes, there will be no services and will be remembered privately by the family.
