Craig William Cullinan

Craig William Cullinan, 61, of Lancaster, died unexpectedly from natural causes on Thursday May 13, 2021.  Born in Lewistown, PA on February 28, 1960, he was the youngest child of the late Louise Bucher and Hugh Francis Cullinan. He was the fiancé of Elaine Greblowski of Lancaster.  He graduated from McCaskey High School in 1978 and attended The Berklee College of Music and San Diego State University. He was of the Roman Catholic faith.

Craig loved music, playing the guitar and composing music.  He most recently drove for Lyft.  He knew Lancaster history and his rides were sure to receive a history lesson wherever they were taken.  He moved to San Diego in 2000 and returned to Lancaster in 2012.  He made friends everywhere he went and was a unique individual. He was a history and politics buff.   An unapologetic liberal, he was never afraid to express his opinions and defend them, always in a good-natured way.  He liked to post a statement online, then sit back and watch the responses.  He loved football and baseball. He will be missed by many people. He loved his cat Sammie.

In addition to his fiancé, he is survived by his sisters Victoria Cullinan Laskowski (Stan) of Harrisburg, and Mary Jo Cullinan of Glenmoore; his nephew David Laskowski of Palmyra and his fiancée’s daughter Britney Elaine Miller of Ephrata.

Services will be held at noon on Thursday May 20 (guests will be received beginning at 11 AM) at the DeBord Snyder Funeral Home & Crematory, 141 East Orange Street, Lancaster.

Burial will be private.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to the Water Street Mission, (
