Barbara W. Tomlinson

Barbara W. Tomlinson, 88, of Lancaster, passed away on January 5, 2025 at Penn State Health Lancaster Medical Center. She was the loving wife of the late Norman G. Tomlinson who preceded her in death in 2022.

Born in Lancaster, PA she was the daughter of the late Lewis and Bertha (Parmer) Willders.

After graduating from high school, Barbara dedicated most of her adult life to her family as a homemaker.

In her spare time, she was an avid reader, enjoyed collecting antiques, taking road trips with her good friend, Nancy as well as visiting the beach. 

She is survived by a daughter, Cathleen Susan Tomlinson. Also surviving are four nieces and four nephews. In addition to her husband and parents, she was predeceased by her sister, Betty Painter.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Funeral Service at First United Methodist Church, 29 E. Walnut St, Lancaster, PA 17602 on Wednesday, January 15, 2025 a 12:00 PM. A viewing will be held at the church from 11:00 AM until the time of the service. Burial will be held in Greenwood Cemetery, 719 Highland Avenue Lancaster, PA 17603.
