Dear Carol and Denny,
We were out of town when we heard about Melissa’s passing. Of course, the three of us were so saddened to hear this news. You were all such good neighbors and Melissa was always an inspiration with her big smile and twinkling eyes. What bravery she also had and all with that big smile and sweetness. We will always remember her as she has truly made an impact in the Lancaster community and in our lives, as well. An angel now … walking, running, dancing, singing, talking with others, and telling jokes, and making friends with everyone !! Carol, I hope we can get together soon. Again, we are so sorry that we were out of town yesterday. If not, we would have been there to celebrate Melissa’s life and to share our condolences with you both.
Love, Paula, Stuart, and Valerie
