Grandpa, you will be sorely missed. I’ll miss talking Phillies and Penn State Football with you. I’ll miss your big giant hugs. I’ll miss holding your hand like I did the past few weeks. Thanks for loving me unconditionally and for loving my daughter from the second we brought her home. Best. Grandpa. Ever.

We’ll all take care of Grandma for you.

    Farewell Brother Elk.
You have already been missed at the lodge and in the alleys during your illness; however, you will leave a legacy of good humor, sincerity, good will and good friendship which will never be forgotten.

In memory of my Dad –
I take with me many life lessons from you Dad: on being a loving Dad and Grandpa, as a businessman and all the ups and downs of being responsible for the family, of the challenges of marriage, of your ability to persevere through the thick and thin of suffering from failing health over the past two decades. Your many friends and family have loving memories of your kind heart, dependable sense of humor, and an outgoing nature you brought to your relationships – I learned alot and am forever grateful for blessing me with the benefit of your “street smarts” and the love of a wonderful father. I miss you Dad, I miss you alot.
    Greg
