Cheryl and Family,

I am sorry to hear of your Mother’s passing but know she is at peace. I know that is a common expression but just having lost my Mother in October and her struggles the last 4 weeks of her life it was a blessing to know she was with the Lord and whole again. Your Mom was a dear friend to me when I started attending Community UMC about 8 or 9 years ago and I have missed her these last months. We always had to share out cat stories. I won’t be able to attend her services but my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family during this time. Pastor Carolene will have a wonderful service for your Mom as she did for my Mom.

I am the daughter of Judy and Pete Rogers. We lived on South Eastland Drive at the same time Lenora and Wayne lived on Hostetter Lane. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time. I’m sure my mother has more memories of your family than I do,however felt I should send my condolences.

It was a pleasure to get to know your mom since May when I started in Activities at Moravian Manor. Her spirit and love for Jesus was a testimony to everyone who knew her. Although she was unable to say a lot, what I learned from her and shared with her during our visits and devotion times are something I hold very close to my heart. I am unable to come to the service but I just wanted to let you all know what a wonderful woman Lenora was and how she touched my life in the short time I knew her. You are all in my prayers and I am glad she is finally at home with her heavenly Father.
