To Joe’s Family,

I,too,am a PVRC resident for 12 years & had the pleasure of knowing Joe. He was a very fine person & when you mention his recent passing, the first comment you hear is, “Joe was a gentleman in every sense of the word.” I think it is important that you all know that.

May you feel God’s presence as you travel through this valley.

To all the Garboczi family,

My first remembrances of Joe were when my parents would visit him and his mom in Kingston. What a devoted son he was to care for his mother in those years. I always remembered him as an intelligent, interesting man to have a conversation with and of course those beautiful Christmas cards he would faithfully send each year. I’m sure your family will truly miss him as he certainly was some “Uncle Joe”. May all those wonderful memories over the past years bring you much comfort. God bless you all. Beverly Hertlein & family
