John M. States, 50, of Parkesburg, departed this life into the loving arms of his Lord and Savior on February 16th 2021. Born in Lancaster, He was the son of John B. States Jr. (Cynthia) Lancaster and Linda L. Stewart (Marvin) Lancaster.
John was the the kindest most loving person. He dedicated a large part of his life caring for others never expecting anything in return.
He was a graduate of Pequea Valley High School. After high school he worked in his family’s business for over 30 years.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his sister Paula S. Misenko (Greg) Nephew Lukas Misenko Lititz. Sister Nicole Albright Lancaster. Brother Derek Stewart, sisters Brittney Stewart and Brielle Stewart and Niece Ellyana Stewart Lancaster. He was preceded in death by his grandparents John B. States Sr. Pauline N. States, William L. McFarland and Geraldine M . McFarland.
Services will be private at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Brandywine SPCA 1212 Phoenixville Pike, West Chester, PA 19380.
