Condolences for the family of “Jean K. Conover”

Condolence from Peggy Whitney on May 11th, 2018 3:12 pm

Earl, Peggy, & Matthew would like to offer their deepest sympathies to the family of Jean. She and Arthur became dear and caring friends to our family after meeting them at church when Matthew was 1 year old! They were “honorary” grandparents to Matthew during his childhood years and those are happy, wonderful memories. Jean and Peggy attended Mother’s Day banquets at the church before the Conovers moved to Lancaster. Peggy enjoyed her monthly visits and since moving west had kept in touch with Jean. What a dear sweet lady and sadly will be missed. We loved her and Arthur!

Mark and Doug,
My condolence for the loss of your Mother, Jean Conover. Your parents were friends of my Aunt and Uncle, Ella and George MacNamee of Aldan, PA. They became acquainted when your parents were first married and rented a room from Aunt Ellas mother in West Philadelphia. They remained friends for years. Your parents and the MacNamees vacationed at our Nags Head, NC house.
