Doris and Allen have my sympathy.
Jean was helpful to me. We shared an interest in sewing. She came to my rescue many times. Every time I drove Main St. I thought of her.

Jean was a loving aunt and a generous person with her time and talents. She will be truly missed. We are grateful to have had her in our lives for all her years. Our sympathy goes out to our cousins, Jean’s beloved son Allen, and daughter Doris and their families.

Doris and Allen and all of your family members, please accept my sympathies at the passing of your mother, my Aunt Jean. What a warm and patient woman she was! I have fond memories of the times I’ve spent with her and Uncle Harold over my lifetime. Happily those memories stay even though she has gone from this world.

Doris & Allen,

Your mom was a delight, and we treasure our memories of her. You and your families are in our thoughts and prayers.

I remember having a lot of fun as a kid swimming in Great-Auntie Jean’s pool (although she was, I believe, my Great-Great-Aunt) and admiring Uncle Hal’s “hero hat”. A word of explanation: his hat was a hat with a small feather in the brim. The only other hat we’d seen like this was worn by Robin Hood, one of our favorite cartoon movie heroes. Hence, Uncle Hal with the hero hat!
My sympathies to Allen, Doris, Seth, Grace, and all other family members touched by this loss.
