Condolence from Ellen Wascou on May 28th, 2020 7:40 pm

Dear Rodney and Kevin and family,
I am so sorry to hear about your Mother. She was a favorite neighbor. We would sit outside in the summer and gossip and laugh. That continued when she moved to Mt Hope. I will miss her very much. She had the best smile and the best laugh. I still expect to see your parents working in the front yard. No weeds allowed!

My thoughts and prayers are with you.
Sincerely,
Ellen

So sorry to hear of Janet’s passing. We sang in the choir together at Grace Baptist and I always enjoyed our conversations. She is with our Heavenly Father and that is a blessing. My condolences to her family.

Condolence from Karen Troxler on May 31st, 2020 10:43 am

My husband Dave and I had the privilege of meeting Janet at Mt. Hope, where we do the weekly Sunday morning services. Janet faithfully attended each week unless she was sick. I also talked with her during the week when I visited my mom, Edith, who was also a resident there until she passed away earlier this month. Janet was a very sweet woman, and we enjoyed our conversations with her. We were very sad when we heard of her passing, and we will miss her a lot when we are able to return to Mt. Hope. She spoke very lovingly of her family. Our condolences and prayers are with all of you.

Condolence from Tina Texter, family of June Zaranka- a resident at Mt Hope Nazarene on May 31st, 2020 12:19 pm

Dear family of Janet!
Our Mother June Zaranka has been a resident at Mt Hope Nazarene since June 2019. Your Mother Janet was one of the first residents that reached out in kindness to her. Janet would always stop by Mom’s room as she went down the hall. She had a loving and caring way about her, my Mother enjoyed her visit so much!
I was heart broken to see of her death, especially since I have been unable to see my Mother or the favorite residents I have at Mt Hope.
I know she was welcomed into Heaven with the open arms of a Heavenly Father who saw her delightful interactions at Mt Hope.
I have sent a donation to Mt Hope in her memory…designating it to go the the Activities Department where I saw Janet participating often!
With much fondness for her life, Tina Texter
