Please accept my sympathy on the death of “Bootsie”. She and I had a relationship through our mutual hairdresser on Thursday afternoons. Bootsie preceded me in our appointment time — my hair was washed and blown dry while she was under the dryer. Other than that, I did not know her. But it was easy to realize in just that short weekly encounter that she was really special. It was obvious that she had a breathing problem, yet she remained cheerful, with an infectious laugh. Both she and I liked the tootsie rolls in the assortment of candy the Beauty Shop offered, and most weeks we had one together. And now every time I eat one I will remember Bootsie and the lovely woman that she was. MAy she rest in Peace.

Andrea, I am so sorry to hear of your Mother’s passing. She was the sweetest, most pleasant woman I have ever worked with. For many years your Mom and I worked on the newsletter for Welcome Wagon Coterie. We spent many hours printing and collating the monthly news for distribution. During that time she spoke of you often. I will always cherish that time together and will never forget that beautiful smile that could light up a room.

Dear Family,
I had the honor to know your mother. We had a group that ate together at Darrenkamps. She is a very nice lady and she will be in God’s house.
In deepest sympathy,
George

Andrea, by accident I was thinking of your mom and decided to check on the internet. Sorry to hear about dad, but found that mom also passed just this past month. Our sympathy goes out to your family. Mom was a great lady and I’m sure she enjoyed her retirement to the fullest. Your parents were the most lovable, passionate and honorable people I have ever known. Hopefully, you will get my email address. So sorry for the loss of both your parents.
