Our sincere sympathy to the family. We remember all the good times we shared with Gloria. Gloria had a huge impact on our son, Daniel. She took him under her wings . She played the oboe and he played the French horn. He sat next to her at rehearsals and they had many good times together. He was too young to drive at the time so either Tom or I would take him to rehearsals each week and to the bands performances. It was neat to see the responses from the audiences and the residents at the various nursing homes. Gloria was a very special person. We will miss her.

Gary, take care. We have you and your family in our thoughts and prayers.

Condolence from Donna A. Burkholder on December 27th, 2018 4:15 pm

Gary and family – I am so sorry that I am just now hearing the details of your mother/grandmother’s passing. She was always a special friend – made in my tenure at St. Peter’s. I loved her crusty personality and genuine gift for generosity. How she loved all of you and was SO PROUD. Her fondest memories were occasions when the family was together. Peace to you. Donna Burkholder.
