Hemperly Family,
I am so sorry to hear of your loss! I have fond memories of spending time with your family growing up! Especially the vacation I spent with you at Cowan’s Gap! I remember that your dad had strong, calloused hands from a lifetime of hard work! I saw him last at Leisure Lanes, enjoying some bowling! Your family will be in my thoughts & prayers!

So sorry to hear of Barry’s passing. Tom and I so enjoyed being with him and Polly. They were both friendly and welcoming to us when we joined The Retreads,. Tom knew them for many years through bowling and working at Hubley.
Barry always kidded Tom about marrying a younger women. He would say “I see you brought your daughter with you again”. I know there were times when he wasn’t feeling well, but he always made time to talk and laugh.
Our thoughts and prayers are with Polly and their family.
Love to All, Tom & Alice Boettner

We are sorry for your loss, Polly and family. We will always remember how kind Barry and Polly were to us when we attended our first Mid-Atlantic Retreads Rally, in Bird-In-Hand, Lancaster County. You drove us to the store, so we could purchase water, and then drove us to September Farm to see the cheese making demonstration, because we were newbies and didn’t want to ride our motorcycles in the rain. Barry was a strong individual. He was wonderful to talk with and was always there to help anyone who needed him. We hope the memories will keep him close to you and your family, Polly. We will miss see him at the Retread events.

My heart is filled with sadness hearing of Uncle Barrys passing. I have many fond memories of when I was little. I know my mom said he was always her favorite son-in-law. Now they are together with our other family members in Heaven. No more pain to suffer. I know he will certainly be missed by his family as well as all the lives he has touched over his years. My God give you all comfort knowing he’s in good hands My heartfelt condolences
Love
